In every engagement, we aspire to bring integrity, wisdom and leadership.  The name is biblical and represents two of the founders favorite characters.

Joseph: against all odds, his father and brothers not believing his dreams, being sold and transitioned through hardship after hardship, at every stage excelling with the BLESSING of God, he ends up being the General Manager of the World Power only second to Pharaoh.  His management principles brought wealth to Pharaoh through godly principles.

Solomon: instead of requesting money, asked for wisdom. With wisdom, came leadership and wealth.  All he interacted with were amazed at his vast knowledge and ability to discern and make rulings.  Against the odds of his brothers trying to overthrow him, he became king and ruled under the power of God.

The names represents the ability to bring wisdom to management.
